Parcel Tracking & Receiving Note

How to track my parcel?
When you submitted the delivery, we will sent to you shipment in 2 days. Not included the weekend or holiday.

After sent the package, we will notice via the email.
  • You can track in 'My parcel' 
  • View the official tracking site:
    DHL tracking (you can track immediately, and shipping days will be 3-4 days)
    EMS tracking (1-2 days delay, shipping days will be a week)
    AIR tracking   (2-4 days delay online, shipping days will be two weeks)



What can I do,if the package was returned?
We will contact you, if your package cannot pass ‘the security check’. After confirmed your receiving information correct and the same shipping mode, we will sent them again for free.

If there is ‘no one sign’ for your package or ‘wrong address’, the resent fee should be undertaken by yourself.

  • If there is something wrong with the QTY or wrong item, please take a photo with the item’s ID, and then, sent it to BuyToMe customer service.

What can I do,if the package was returned?

  2. if the parcel has arrived the post office or the customs, be returned or destroyed--because the recipient's

The recipient will need to bear all the responsibility and the costs of may happen. If you want to send the parcel again, the recipient will need to pay the shipping cost.
